Working with the Team
How do I work with the team?
Currently we have two primary associate practitioners who partner with Rooted in Wellness Co. to run bio-resonance scans and utlize a root-cause approach in practice. Each of them schedule consultations separately within their individual business practices.
If you are interested in working with a primary assocate, the first step is to review our current Inquiry Guide. You can request this and inquire by completing the form on the Contact Page. After the Inquiry Guide has been reviewed, you can use the links provided in the guide to apply to work with an associate practitioner.
Is there a waitlist?
At this time, Sophia’s waitlist is accepting new applications. Ashley’s waitlist is currently closed to new applicants.
What locations do you service?
Each practitioner on our team has a virtual practice and serves clients virtually in the United States and Canada.
Please let us know if you are located in Canada, or in the states of New Jersey and New York. While we can run bio-resonance scans for clients in these areas, we cannot order functional blood work. For our Canadian clients, there are often fees to get supplements shipped (this is an extra cost clients will have to cover). For those located outside of the US, samples do tend to take longer to ship. Some supplements we use are not available in other countries.
What ages do you work with?
We work with folks of all ages! As long as samples can be provided, a client can be scanned.
Can I just order a bio-resonance scan?
At this time, new clients are required to order at least an initial Comprehensive Bio-resonance scan and the results will be reviewed during an initial consultation. Working with a practitioner is required to run scans to provide the best support to clients. Please do not apply if you are not committed to this process.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend pushing forms of “detox” during pregnancy and breastfeeding. There are ways we can help empower clients to support their bodies gently and focus on other areas overall. We often suggest our Nourishment Scan, which provides insight into areas that can optimize well-being during these times. For those who choose to use bio-resonance scans during these seasons, we do include checking for remedies and regimens that are considered okay for pregnancy and or breastfeeding. As always, please consult with your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider about changes to your routine and about what’s best for you. Please let us know if you are currently planning to get pregnant, are currently pregnant, or breastfeeding upon intake.
A Little About the Process
How do I send in samples for the Comprehensive Scan?
Once you order your initial Comprehensive Scan, you will receive instructions explaining how to send in your samples (hair, saliva, and/or nail clippings). To maintain lower costs for clients, we do not provide a box for sending in samples. You will simply follow the directions provided upon your scan order to send samples in via mail. Samples must be sent in within five days of ordering a scan. Additional information is provided in the inquiry guide as well as upon intake when getting started.
What if I don't have a large enough hair sample to send in?
If you are worried that you don’t have a large enough hair for sending in your samples, you can send both hair and finger/toe nail clippings. If you do not have hair, please send nail clippings from both fingers and toenails.
Can I still send in hair samples if my hair is colored or dyed?
Yes, this is fine! Colored/dyed hair will not affect the results. Hair also does not have to be clean, but it does need to be freshly cut (new samples only). The sample can be taken from the ends and/or from the root. Some clients do a little of both, as long as the hair sample is at least 1 teaspoon’s worth. This is also mentioned in the directions you’ll receive upon the scan order for sending in samples.
How long will it take to receive my scan results?
The average turnaround time for scan results is 21 business days after receiving samples.
Will I receive a copy of my scan report?
Once scan results are complete, your practitioner will email you a notification and invitation to schedule a consultation to review the information in detail. Any resonating toxins will be covered in your consultation over the phone/virtual call. At the consultation, you will receive a copy of your report.
What does client support look like during this process?
In an effort to keep our pricing as affordable as possible for clients, these prices included limited email support within weekly business hours with your practitioner. With exception of weekends or emergencies, we do our best to respond within 48-72 hours. Please note: Our practitioners provide limited email support during business hours for only active clients. If a client has lots of questions that require significant time to address and require more than a “yes” or “no” answer, or if they feel they need further support, it’s necessary to schedule a 30-minute consultation with their practitioner to get the support needed. Starting in February 2024, clients will also be able to sign up for Voxer- a voice messaging platform- where their practitioner can be reached during Voxer office hours two days a week for one hour. Voxer pricing will start at $99/month for the first person; any additional person will be $50/month.
How much should I expect to invest financially in this process?
It is important to note that something that makes this approach most effective, is being committed to the process. Our practitioners follow an order of operations to lead clients into further healing in achieving their health goals. We understand that this is an investment, not only financially but also with your time, and we value this. Our team members spend a lot of time reviewing information, running scans, compiling reports, and preparing pre & post-notes for consultations. This is taken into account for our pricing.
New clients can expect to invest in at leas an initial Comprehensive Scan ($399) and 90-minute scan review/consultation ($335) with their practitioner at the beginning stages of working together.
Depending on what comes up and is discussed with your results, protocol supplement investment ranges from $150-300. Depending on your unique process moving forward with your practitioner (types of scans ordered, consultations, etc.), the investment total will vary. *Pricing is subject to change at any time per practitioner’s discretion*
Additional information regarding pricing and consultations with our individual associate practitioners can be found in the Inquiry Guide. Please fill out the Contact Form to receive this via email.
How long will my protocol be?
The length of time a client is on set protocols depends on bio-individuality (aka their unique needs, toxin load, situation, etc.). Typically, a general rule of thumb is, at minimum, one month for every year of chronic illness. In most cases, we work with clients through a series of phases and orders of operations to best address their issues. This process is very individualized, which is why we combine bio-resonance scans with consultations. Each protocol phase averages around four-six weeks.
About Scans
How would a bio-resonance scan benefit me?
The beauty of bio-resonance is that it can help take the guesswork out of unknown stressors. We utilize it to pinpoint areas of the body that are energetically stressed and use this information to make positive changes.
The protocol section of testing helps narrow down the top balancing remedies your body may benefit from. This could include a combination of herbal, and homeopathic remedies, and nutritional supplements.
How many scans will I need?
Every client is different. Each scan provides us with new pieces of information. Most clients use the initial Comprehensive Scan as a baseline and any subsequent scans to show progress or for protocol updates over time. To keep costs lower, clients can order follow-up or protocol scans after the initial scan.
Can I pick any scan to start with?
All clients start with a Comprehensive Scan to see the “big picture”. The initial order can also be customized by including any desired add-on scans or services. Once established, clients can either choose selective follow-up scans, add-ons, and/or opt for a protocol scan.
Do you test for Lyme Disease?
This type of testing falls into the holistic health realm as we are analyzing energetic frequencies that emanate from a client’s samples. We do not test for or diagnose Lyme or any other diseases. This, as well as all of the services provided, is not a diagnostic tool nor is it to be confused with or replace any type of western medicine testing and medical treatment/care.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
What if I need to reschedule a consultation?
We understand life happens. Should an emergency arise, please inform your practitioner at your earliest convenience/when possible and we will do our best to plan accordingly and reschedule. We kindly ask that the same grace be extended to members of our team. Late Arrivals: After a 10-minute grace period passes for late arrivals to consultations, we will reschedule for the next earliest convenience. This allows for enough time to review your information and answer questions you may have during the consultation time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations: For consultations, we kindly ask that if at all possible, you provide 48-hour notice to your practitioner for needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note: there are no refunds for any purchases for scans. All sales are final.
What is your refund policy?
All scan orders are final. There are no refunds for scan orders or blood-work orders.
