PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all charges at the prices for any purchases, as well as applicable shipping fees, and process authorized charges from the selected payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We, the Company, reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR GOODS & PRODUCTS
When any product order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All product purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Rooted in Wellness Co and Rooted Remedies are not responsible for filing claims with carriers for these items. 

REFUND POLICY
We Do Not Offer Refunds. User understands that all sales are final, and agrees no refunds will be issued. As such, you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for Services or products purchased and that we delivered to you. 

USER ACCOUNTS. You agree that any such information you give to the Company will always be accurate, correct and up-to-date. You agree that any usernames or passwords may only be used by you. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Should any dispute arise, you agree to resolve any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions by Mediation in Cincinnati, Ohio, and agree to be bound by the decision(s) of the selected mediator. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days after it is referred to the mediator, it shall be settled exclusively by submitting to binding arbitration in Cincinnati, Ohio. A party electing arbitration must initiate proceedings by filing an arbitration demand with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court  having jurisdiction to do so. Costs of arbitration, including attorney fees, will be allocated by the arbitrator.  

GOVERNING LAW
 The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms or information on this Website, Products, and or Services. A current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
